Sorry it took so long for me to send this to you.
I see immediate results from getting reflexology. I suffer from allergy/sinus
problems, lower back problems and stomach problems. Every time I get
reflexology done and I'm having one of these problems it seems to just
disappear. I find it very relaxing almost like I'm in a meditative state. I would
suggest this for anyone even if you don't have any medical issues. It helps let
your energy etc within your body flow like it should.
Hope my little brief story will help you know that what you do really and truly
does make a difference.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how much I thoroughly enjoyed
yesterday's session! I really felt so relaxed last night. John offered to barbecue
some ribs on the grill, so I took the dogs for their evening walk. Usually, my
whole body just feels fatigued by that time of day, but I felt great last night. It's
kind of hard to explain...seemed to me like everything was more like you had
mentioned...in sync and fluid. I usually feel a little achy in my feet, and even my
right knee and ankle by early evening...but not yesterday!

Thanks for the wonderful Reflexology treatment. Not only did I feel like a
pampered queen but it was very relaxing for quite awhile afterwards. The
addition of the music and waterfall added to the delightful experience.

Thank you so much for relaxing the night before surgery. I really enjoyed the
whole concept of reflexology. You did a great job and I look forward to coming

My experience with reflexology has been astounding, needless to say. I have
had allergies for many, many years and a year did not go by where I did not
have to take steroids just to get through the spring and fall seasons. I tried
reflexology the latter part of last year and I am happy to say that I have not had to
go on steroids once this year. This of course has made me very happy, it's
been wonderful! I feel so much better, I feel as if my body is working better to try
to heal itself after many, many years of suffering with headaches and infections
all year long. I've had two sinus surgeries to help with my allergies and saw
some results, but continued to suffer to no avail. The first time i saw results to
speak of was when I started reflexology. I will continue to go to Natural
Harmony with Lana for more results with my allergies as well as my other
issues I have from taking so many drugs over time.
